Forums - Microsoft Discussion - Xbox One supports cable cutters

ArsTechnica review of the Xbox One has confirmed that Digital Over The Air with HDMI out work with the Xbox Live TV.    Bring this up because I have seen comments all over about well I dont have cable/satellite TV, etc.  Well if you simply want to use an antenna the Xbox One supports that for Xbox Live TV support with tuners that have HDMI out.

Its libraries that sell systems not a single game.

Around the Network

I made a HD antenna out of coax cable and a wired hanger I cut up. Works better than the $80 one. It comes in handy when its raining hard and the satellite goes out. Nice feature to have on the xbone.

Except this states it requires HDMI and you state you used coax cable.

True.... Oh well I will just have to begrudgingly strenuously use my thumbs to hit an analog button to swap inputs. Oh the drudgery.

Still doesn't work outside America does it?
