That's how EA looks like when they have to fight with the same weapons their competitors have.

Than there is no missuse of destroying competition with exclusive deals like fifa or nfl.

Take away the license from them and the possibility to buy other studios and within 5 years they are the next nihilistic studios and bancrupt.

Not really surprising with the lazy EA developers who will just patch it later attitude about things. They wonder why they are voted the worst company every year... a trend I do not see ending this year either.

Expected. I've been a 2k gamer since they "revisioned" the series for 2k11, but I'm skipping this year. Looked a bit lazy, most likely because of launch madness. Next year should show more potential.

no clue how a huge company like ea can produce something like that since they should have enough money to get some people who know what they are doing working on it but it seems as if they waste their money for other stuff.

I rented Fifa14 (PS4): Really doesn't look 'next-gen': Sprites are similar, stadiums are ugly. Really only difference is the crowd seems more alive. Meh

Another thing that soured me to EA.  I liked the occasional EA game but I thought it was incredibly selfish of them and harmful to gamers when the became the exclusive provider of NFL video games.  They said it was to ensure that NFL titles were of a certain quality but I think it was because NFL 2K was rising in quality so quickly after not being stuck with Sega anymore.  I don't even play sports games but I hat when companies make moves like that.  Instead of just making their game better, they killed the competition.

I like FIFA but truth be told, a lot of its success relies on Konami's incompetence with PES too.

I really want to see PES 2015 on PS4/Xbone next year using the Fox engine.   PES 2014 looks more next-gen despite being on old hardware than Fifa on the new consoles to me.
