You should be happy at COD sales even if you despise the game. The series sells systems and brings the "dudebros" into buying consoles, bringing money into the industry. COD dying would leave a BIG hole in the industry, and unfortunately it'd probably be filled by some EA rubbish. (Like seriously, I refuse to buy BF4 until they patch it from crashing the PS4)

Those numbers seem to be wrong, dozen of sites talk about over 1 million in only 24 h, and vgc tracks 1 million in 2 days. ps4 sold 0 units the second day ? a saturday ?!

Well i guess according to vgc ps4 is the most front loaded console ever...

If PS4 needs to sell one game to break even at retail then Sony just made a small profit from those 2 days, lets hope attach rate stays healthy. I'll probably buy 4 or 5 games when I get PS4. Though depending on reliability issues I may wait a bit longer than I intended.

Um yes, that's exactly correct. It's sold out until the next wave of consoles arrive.
