I suggest you stop with this post the Sony and MS bashing.  Which I know you won't because you are probably an alt.  If your not you won't make it far in this community with this attitude.  

Since you said Mario Kart, I can't wait for the new one for Wii U too.  Both Mario 3D world, Mario Kart, and Smash Bros. look awesome.

 

On topic: I'm not sure if the Amazon charts tells us that much really, but it's better than nothing nontheless. But the games's looking awesome, might even be a good sucessor to the Galaxy games! Now that's something you wouldn't hear me say around E3...

Yes, Nintendo's big titles is gonna rock the system. Mario 3D world is gonna be freaking awesome with the many versions of mario you can use: Tanuki mario, boomerang mario, canon mario, etc. Cant wait til SSB with sonic, megaman and many others to come in that game!!!

You are a better commercial than all of the ones Nintendo have been making over the last years.

Aside from the fact that you have issues with factual accuracy, you may want to look at the title of this thread. Your rant has nothing to do with it.

OT: The Amazon threads return! To be honest, I'm hoping this game doesn't do much better than the traditional 3D Mario games. If it does they might just stick to this style for future games. I want Super Mario Sunshine 2 damn it!

Ok, i retract that statement about mario kart wii selling more than all the halo games combined. But you must admit it sold alot for 1 game. VGChartz says mario kart wii sold 33.89m copies. All the halo games combined sold for the 360 = 40.38 units.
But the statement you said that about the wii U not having a touchpad on their tablet-like device is simply wrong. Do you know what their gamepad controller do before you made this statement?

Well mario really is huge.  Mario is just that one figure that so many people know and love.  

And I know you weren't talking to me in this one, but I don't think you can really call Wii U's screen a touchpad.  Wii U's is a "touchscreen" and Dualshock 4 is a "touchpad".  Though they effectively do the same thing.  And both are great.  But there is no need for us to keep derailing the topic.  

Mario is awesome!!
