The part of me that's a Nintendo diehard wants it to keep climbing (if possible). The part of me that's pooled in the Metascore league wants a trickle down to 90

Man I love Movie Bob, glad he got to review it.

Though the con being Bowser in the antagonist is kinda iffy...


Well its kind of true, Dr. Eggman is understandable, but using Bowser over and over again.....does get old. It would have been cool to have Bowser a playable character. Bowser is more of a rival then an antagonist these days. He's part of the reason why I adore Super Mario RPG, Super Paper Mario and Bowser Inside Story.

 

Best thing so far is that I heard Bowser jr. make an appearance in the game and I hope that's true. I'm not a fan of him at all, even the original koopalings. I personally like Bowser as a free own man character, it fit his personality.

Surprisingly good scores. I had figured that a good number of reviewers would complain about Nintendo selling out 3D Mario to the pesky casuals. I suppose the Wii U failure helped, so nobody is angry at Nintendo or worried that the system could see a turnaround.

Yeah after Bowser's Inside Story, I feel comartable of him performing a role outside of the usual main baddie.
