You're adding games that have cross-buy (Guacamelee) and that were made available on PS+ (Hotline Miami). Farming Simulator is much bigger than the games you mentioned as well.

We'll have to wait for next year to know how many reviews FIFA 14 gets to compare it to FIFA 13.  Rayman Origins was free on PS+ as well.

So far, you have compared any games that are equivalent. KZ:Mercenaries has 3,328 reviews so far between US and EU PSN and that with the game at full price.

All the recent games with a poor number of reviews that I was adding (Proteus; Castlestorm; Lone Survivor) are also cross buy.  Every single one of them.

Hotline Miami was indeed on PS+.  In North America.  I do not live in North America, nor do I use the North American PSN - I use the UK PSN, where it was never on PS+, which is why I was using it for these comparisons.

Rayman Origins, fair enough, I missed that that one was plussed.

If you want to believe that games are still selling okay digitally, that's fine.  I think digital sales are slipping.

You shouldn't be comparing high profile games like Hotline Miami to Proteus - whatever that is.

They're both ports of indie games from PC.  I wouldn't call either high profile.

But you know, if you want to do your own comparisons, feel free.  I've said my bit so you can do with it whatever you wish.

Sony prices the digital versions bellow store price, so the savings are passed onto us. Digital is a good propostion on the Vita.

Not in EU.

Yes in EU.

For example WRC 4. In the PS store 35 euros on the shop its 45 euros. Dragon's Crown 39.99 on the PS store and 44.98 on the shop. Killzone mercenary 35 on PS store 40 at the shop. Shop prices taken from Game mania in the Netherlands. I know that in Portugal its even worse cause of taxes.

Unless you mean online stores like Amazon where the price fluctuates alot, but it should be the same in terms on launch prices.

I will. I'm on my phone though now but still - not all indie games are indie. Also, Invizimals which came out on October 30th has 965 ratings on the PAL PSN. One more thing - FIFA 14 is now separated by language. The ENG one that I can see on the AU store has 99 ratings.

I have bought only 5 physical games. Playstation plus provides me with a constant flow of games though so that plays a big part.
I have a 32gig memory card but am considering purchasing a 64gig as I am running a bit low on memory having so many games loaded on my Vita including PS1 games.

Your stores are overpriced.  On launch day I can find at several retailers any PS Vita game between £5-15 cheaper than what PSN store offers.  Older games are even cheaper since most digital games never get price drops, or only small ones.

Yeah... UK stores are good, but its not like that on the rest of europe. I have also seen game prices in spain and germany. Seems like UK stores have more room to compete/haggle the price.

I'm not a big fan of digital, but PS Plus is adding a lot of digital release to my library. I even had to abandon my old 8GB card and grab a 32GB one (couldn't find the 64GB one here and even then it would be expensive as hell).

On Vita, I have PS All Stars, Rayman Origins and Wipeout digital versions. On PS3, Ico & Shadow of the Colossus and LBP: Karting. But there are another reasons, this week we have Vita's Knockout Sales, so fighting games like Street Fighter X Tekken, PS All Stars and Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom are 50% off digitally. So discounts and PS Plus are good reasons to improve that and the memory cards already had price cuts (still expensive, but that should improve digital sales on Vita).

Besides that, what happened to Vita in EU? It's selling a lot more. Price cut? Any specific game? I simply can't understand, even with all the focus on Japan, it is growing on EU.

Digital sales are making VGC numbers more and more off for total sales. Animal Crossing: New Leaf is probably near 7m sold (physical and digital) while VGC has it listed at 5m physical copies sold. I wish VGC would update the numbers to include digital sales when companies release the figures in their reports.

With digital sales, that will be the most used word about games sales for now on. Sad times (not about digital purchases, but about having to wait for publishers to release, if they will, sales data).

Right now i have 3 digital titles and 0 phisical titles. Im planning to buy Injustice and Assassins Creed(Both Digital) and Need for Speed Most Wanted and Killzone Mercenary phisical.

Every PS Vita game that I have are all physical. That way me and my bro can swap games. I only have 2 digital games and they are both Atelier games. lol!
