There really isn't a need to mock one another from any side to be completely honest. I know that isn't the case on forums but all three Nintendo, Microsoft, and Sony has had their fair share of problems. Unfortunately "Fan"atics like to argue often and tend to be very rabid at times. On this site in particular I think Nintendo and Microsoft has dealt with a lot of crap in the last year and even though they may want revenge they also don't want to fight about it only to have it thrown back in their faces. It also helps that Sony fans far outweigh Microsoft fans on this particular site and usually it is Microsoft and Sony going at each other more than anything.

On the other hand if you look on YouTube, IGN, or Gamespot there is plenty of childish attacks going on right now.

It's cool that there's not a lot of trolling/FUD/etc but it would have been nice for other consoles to have gotten the same treatment.

Take NeoGAF for example, they made a thread called "PS4 Hardware Troubleshooting / Q&A Thread" that serves as basically a catchall for anything that might make the PS4 look bad. Keep in mind that the thread is for everything from bugs in the UI to getting obviously defective PS4 hardware like the one that doesn't even have an eject button or even the hole cut out in the plastic for one.

Now compare that to the treatment the Xbox One has gotten the last few months where a new thread was created every time a website had a resolution story that made the Xbox One look bad. It didn't seem to matter how regurgitated the news was it deserved a new thread with an inflammatory title.
