Players who complete Dead Rising 3 will unlock a special Mega Man X outfit. Those who manage to finish the game in Nightmare mode get to play with the X-Buster, Mega Man X's ferociously useful primary weapon. The video below shows its effectiveness against zombies.

Considering you could unlock Megaman's outfit in the first Dead Rising (with the Mega Buster included) I doubt this is fake.

You can always unlock a Capcom character costume in each Dead Rising game, except for Case Zero. Megaman in Dead Rising 1, The guy from Bionic Commando in Chop till you drop, Arthur from Ghost n' Goblins in Dead Rising 2, Dr. Willy in Dead Rising Case West and  Protoman in Dead Rising 2 Off the Record.

I never played more than a couple of hours of any previous DR game so ya know. Maybe this will be my first.
