Gah, have to clean this up.

When I first saw this, I groaned at #1 and prepared for a list of gimmicks.

Then I saw 8 good things and felt happy.

Then I saw #10.

I'm hyped for this game!

Wii U looks good. PS4 and Xbox really good too though lol.

Edit:  Wrong thread.  Although this game is probably the reason I will finally get the Wii U.  I'm not going to read anymore though.  Not that Mario is story heavy usually  (lol) but I want any new game experiences to be a surprise.

This game is a must have if you own a WiiU really, I like when they add all those bonus things that make a game more varied and I love Rosalina!

I don't see how it's a spoiler considering Nintendo blatantly revealed it themselves through a medium that many people watch. Regardless, it shows that the Space Tower thingy barely visble in the artwork meant something afterall!

Oh hell yes! I freaking loved Rosalina, my favourite series character, and having the Mario Galaxy "spin" will alleviate the weirdness I'm going to feel playing the others after getting used to it in the Galaxy games.

Also, top down shooter stages? Mario Kart stages? Awesome sauce.

Shame on me for ever doubting EAD Tokyo.

I wonder if Rosalina will be unlocked after you beat the game, or if you have to get everything... Hopefully she's unlocked just after beating the game. I really do not want to do have to get everything and then get her, always hated that about video games.

Some of the things shown are unlockable hence the spoiler alert, recent Mario games have had content unlock when you beat the story the first time.
