Oh boy, thats a new low for Wii U software surely. PS4 isnt even out for another 3 weeks here.

I can't make sense of the Layton numbers, to me they seem to be on par with Miracle Mask.
Why the hell couldn't they make a comparison for it?
But with Kresnik's post, it seems to be lower by around 4-5k.
Such a shame, there was so much potential with this one. However, I've Miracle Mask several times on the chart here, so it should hopefully have legs.

It is part of one of the 360 holiday bundles, though it might be a download code so I'm not sure if it would count.

Also it seems that the PS4 version of Ghosts has already outsold the lifetime of Black Ops II Wii U by a decent margin.

Should third parties drop support for Vita? Also its Nintendo, When do they ever get support? Some games do well or better on Nintendo but its a few.

There barely is any support for the Vita other than indies and from what we hear those games are very successful on this  platform, so there is not much to drop. I'm not expecting new Batman games for Vita after how it sold on that platform, maybe it sold gangbusters digitally, we know that digital is quite big on the Vita, but I can hardly believe that. 

And as for the second part, looking at how those recent games sell on Wii U, I'm not surprised that Nintendo barely ever gets support. 

Wow the WiiU version really bombed.
I mean it was quite obvious that CoD is slowing down and that the WiiU version was announced so late surely didn't help, but it being outsold several times by a console that's not even out yet ? That's really bad.

Might be on par or slightly above the launch of Black Ops 2 (still talking about WiiU version).

this is one of the most logicless posts I've seen. the amount a game sells on a system doesn't affect support for the other console. if only the console that sells the most multiplats had them, ps3 wouldn't receive games. and i saw a coment mentioning the wii u version unavailable in some countries.

with that said, pre orders numbers already pointed to the ps4 version outselling the wii u's, so what's the point of this?

Assuming the majority of those 8k numbers are for Wii U, comparing to first week sales for BO 2 on Wii U (2.362), Ghosts did better.
With UK sales for BO2 being about a fifth of all european sales (9,455), the first week for Ghosts could be a lot better this time.

Don`t know if it`s true, but i read that not all stores are stocking Ghosts and other games too, btw.

How exactly could you assume that, when the 8,5k figure is combined PC and Wii U and on UK chart we have the PC version on 18 place while Wii U version is nowhere to be seen.

Screw CoD WiiU.

That's catastrophic for the new Layton game.
