I would like a new big IP from Epic. Gears doesn't interest me anyway. Something that will take advantage of the new hardware specifically. Exclusive, or otherwise.

While I wouldnt be all that bothered if they announced gears for ps4, I cant shake the feeling that they actually do have something major to announce on the 14th, and the media that know are just dicking with everyone with positives and negatives to build up a hype and maintain the topic of ps4.

if there was truly nothing happening everyone would be focusing on the actual launch, but right now it seems to be taking a back seat to the night of the launch itself, so who knows what we will see.

Ugh. I guess we should not buy Forza 5, or Killer Instinct, or Dead Rising 3, or Halo 5. What's the point right - with all those new IP'S coming out. Why even buy an xbox one? You should buy a new IP like the Ouya.

Won't be Gears of War 4 judging by Phil Spencer saying Epic is resting the franchise, that and MS paid mega bucks to keep it exclusive, no way would Sony pay that amount or would MS then outbid them, and if it's multiplat Phil would know/hint at something rather than say it's on rest and that them and Epic will likely reboot it down the line.

Like others have said, if it's Gears at all it'll be 1 - 3 or Judgement.

An HD Gears trilogy would be cool. But, I'd rather a new IP AND I think he's trolling.

You can't really say that, I mean Microsoft already spent $1 billion on other games, for all we know they were not willing to spend anymore money for gears since they already spent so much on other games and Sony snatched it up.
