We dont need to. Xbox fans have Halo, Titanfall, Gears Of War. I like the genres I played yesterday in London. KI was an amazing figting game. Best Ive played in years. This gen will be won and lost not on power but innovation. After a while I kinda forgot about visuals and just wondered at the possibilities of Kinect 2.0 and Smartglass. Obviously the visuals were stunning and still had me when I was leaving.

But there is so much more to Xbox One, and that there is something Microsoft cant convey until you play it.

All of that is completely irrelevant to the point. Never mind that your last sentence goes for any console in pre-laucn status.

I disagree. The PS4 is now split up with no Camera EYE. Devs wont want to use it. Shame as Kinect 2.0 is blindingly accurate and responsive. The snap on feature the guy showed us all on The One is Id say 0.5 seconds? Def under 1 sec. And the seamless switching of apps. Xbox One is really impressive stuff. It felt fres, it didnt feel like just a more pwerful Xbox. It felt futurisitc, it felt new.

Also the triggers on Forza 5. Holy C**p. Once you try this, without it would seem gimpy. Microsoft have REALLY delivered on these triggers. Its like watching Gladiator. Watcing it in stereo would be like no rumble triggers. Watcing it with 6.1 Surround is like playing with rumble triggers. Not a necessity, but SO SO much better.

Hell if I was to buy God Of War or Ninja Gaiden based on its repetitive gameplay, I would never have bought those games.

As long as theirs a good story, I can live with a little repetition. I lived with it for Bayonetta, GOW and Ninja Gaiden. I can live with it in Ryse. Although there sounds like way more upgrades in Ryse than the previous games mentioned.

So you don't care about the averaged opinion of multiple people, but you do care about the opinion of 1 review site that says something you want to hear? :P

Do yourself a favour and play it first. I played it yesterday in London, and its just like GOW or Ninja Gaiden. Like a cross between GOW and Batman Arkham games. But with a billion times better grapics and animations.

Its a great game if you like those genres.

In one of the previews that I read: You can't seem to even break out of combat stance once its initiated. I mean.. come on.

There is a part in Uncharted 2 where I could simply climb up some rubble and I would be out of my situation. Alas I could not. The invisible walls wouldnt let me.
I mean come on. Do I have to climb needlessly for the 100th time?

Oh wait sorry.

Yeah PS exclusive linear story driven games are AWESOME.

Hum... The guy in the video says it's the best looking title that HE has seen.

It's an opinion. The game does look great. But to imply that the whole of IGN is unanimous about his opinion is disingenuous. A typical insecure Selnor thread.
