That's actually quite cool, but I think they should have done a proper promotion like PS+ where they give this game free to all the people who buy the console and sub to gold in the first one or two months after console release. That would be a good way to reward dedicated players who adopt the console early. This would especially be good for the US since Europe did get Fifa 14 with pre-orders. I understand MS thinks they have US in the bag, but it's never a bad idea to reward the most loyal consumers.

I'm shocked by some of these high gamerscores. Didn't realize the numbers got so big. Most of the people I see online have something like 5,000.

One of my girl friends got that email. I'm kinda pissed she's a 5 yr member with 11000gs but she buys a ton of avatar outfits and props.  

I'm an 8yr member with 38,000+ and I didn't get jack shit. Another friend got KI for free. Hopefully they aren't finished lol anyway I already have the money saved and counted as a loss. SMH

Wow nice! I'm a 5+ year member with almost 60k gamerscore and I've bought literally thousands of dollars worth of stuff on the marketplace (those rockband songs >_> )

And I haven't gotten a thing yet lol.

Lol, I don't know I think it's actually based mostly on how much you spend.

But I'm sure you have to spend like 5-10k minimum on the marketplace to get a free X1. Although that kind of doesn't make sense because those are the people who will most likely buy one at launch.
