Opinions are opinions, thankfully not everyone thinks the same. At least this thread is more civilized than some I've been seeing around this forum.

I was talking about the Wii. -.-
And check the financial reportsm especially the Playstation division.
Or ask former Sony CEO Stringer:
You have spent three billion dollars on the Playstation 3, disregarding research and development. Can you ever get your money back?
Stringer: Not for as long as I live (laughs).
Imagine not having GamePass on your console...
In the US it was 360 + Wii. Call of Duty and Wii Sports >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Uncharted in terms of industry/culutral impact. And yes I know CoD is on the PS3 as well, but it's highly synonymous with the XBox brand.

LOL That makes it look better, cuz if it were supported then it probably be up there with ps2. Anyway with your logic you can say the opposite in software, Wii is dead but most of its games still sell to this day.
Nintendo made so much money so it is a clear winner. Sony+M$ is lucky it slumped then

If its about who made the most money, I completely agree with you, nintendo killed sony and MS who bled money all gen, sony on their hardware and MS in securing 3rd party exclusives which they could have just spent forming their own studios and IP's which they could maintain as their property.
Sony learnt their lesson, they wont be a year late, their not designing their own processor and they are not priced at $599. Next gen should be a walk in the park for them.

Spending 3 doesn t mean they lost it all LMAO, they have made quite a bit back...........basic economics.
Last gen is last gen, now the important thing is how everything is shaping up next gen. For now, Wii U is nowhere near Wii success and ps4 is already ahead in preorders considering the availability between One and ps4. So sony have every momentum going forward next gen.
Sony learned a lesson and are hitting the ground running....doesn't look good for MS or nintendo this gen.
So they profited the least and came 2nd in total hardware but they won?
