Highly unlikely because a big part of Epic's business is licensing out their game enigne to various developers. There's no way Sony has the cash to purchase the engine outright.

Well considering not a single game has even released using Unreal Engine 4 yet, I'd consider my post more than "highly unlikely"

Well, EPIC has said how good of a relationship they have with Sony as of late. Seeing as they were actually one of the devs that had a hand in it's creation, there's no reason why it wouldn't be an exclusive. It would be crazy if it turned out to be the next Gears of War coming to PS4 (though I'm 99.99% sure that wouldn't be exclusive). We'll just have to wait and see.
