Americans always get Bayo 1 for free with Bayo 2, you don't have to pre-order.

I mean that Nintendo doesn't make in-game pre-order bonuses. GameStop obviously supports practices like that (it's in their interest).

The Hyrule Warriors extras were because of Koei Tecmo I guess. That's also the reason why I didn't buy it at launch and wait until it's cheaper.

Nintendo first-party games only had physical extras as far as I know.

Only possible on Wii U, lol (like the negative shipments in Europe last year).
