That's a very good question. As this is the first event, I'm going to say there's no restrictions. However, if it turns out it's drastically broken then we can make a decision either way about it. 

So for now, there's no restrictions.

Yeah, it's definitely one of those really. There could be some people (like cyberninja if I remember) who are just ridiculously good, but then again there's a good chance they haven't played for a while either. It'll be interesting to see how this pans out, at any rate. Fingers crossed!
