Only up to the 3rd badge in Pokemon Y and I'm kinda over it :( it's been a while since I've followed Pokemon and there are just WAY to many for me to keep up with now. I find myself fulling my party with only 1st generation Pokemon. I was enjoying it at first but the funs kinda gone away, I will keep playing it though just in case it picks up again.

I see...but do note that it does Indeee pick up somewhat, and it does it soon. Don't be afraid of the newer Pokemon either, just go for it!

I will :) I just wanted a little more from the game, I'm eager to finish it so I can start ocarina of time :P my first Zelda game.

Ocarina of Time 3D?

So you don't like Pokemon anymore because they made more Pokemon?

Yeah I think they're just wayyyy too many, more doesn't always mean better in my eyes. I would have like it if they stayed with around 300-400 and keep making the gameplay better.

Never head of it. Could you at least link us to info on Aeternal Blade?

I just played WW HD a couple of hours ago and I noticed tons of tingle bottles around the sea...like A LOT. Never seen so many before.

This probably doesn't mean anything, but is something I found interesting.

There's a Free Demo in the 3D eShop.

Just download it.

Yeah, it's a pretty nifty feature I must say. Great adaptation of a classic if you ask me.

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.

3DS News: December 22, 2013

  • Digital Spy has proclaimed the 3DS the best system of the year. Some people are claiming the site has a Nintendo bias now. This might actually have some merit, seeing as a vast majority og games reviewed on the Wii U and 3DS this past year got a score of at least 3/5. But methinks that this is just Digital Spy not liking to give a lot of low scores, considering the lack of 5/5's.
  • The Japanese eShop is home to a new e-Reader title named Honto. This free app is targetted at children, but seems to have far more love and care put into it as the 3DS YouTube app.
  • Forbes has decreed that Nintendo is the second best publisher of video games this year, behind only Ubisoft. Super Mario 3D World, A Link Between Worlds, Animal Crossing: New Leaf, The Wonderful 101, Pokemon, and Wind Waker HD were cited as notable titles. Apparently, the main thing holding them back from the Gold in Forces' eyes was the lack of pushing into new territory. Ubisoft games of 2013, incidentally, have included Rayman Legends, Assassin's Creed 4, and SPlinter Cell: Blacklist.
  • Forbes also has a 2014 hype article. 3DS games there include Bravely Default and Super Smash Bros 4, but consoles are the focus.
  • I've never linked to it from this thread before, so here's an editable list of 3DS games by size.
  • More Kirby Triple Deluxe trailer analysis.

Love and tolerate.

I would say it does in this case, as all the original Pokemon are still there, and all Pokemon are optional, meaning you could use nothing but Gen1s if you wanted to. Plus releasing a new Pokemon game with no new Pokemon would be really stupid business wise.
