This can't possibly be real. If it is though, the whole marketing department of MS should consider asking a paycheck from Sony (and Nintendo)
This, I stole from grandpa...It's called soap.

Yeah, thank god for that. It does make sense though. I doubt after the initial launch period, most games will be in 1080i/p if not all.
Edited: thank the cosmos it was fake.

DAMN! Samsung, Sony, LG, Sharp, Panasonic, and other TV manufacturers are going to be pissed that they've been spending the extra money for 1080p sets instead of just selling everyone 720p all these years...

So even if 1080p makes no difference to you (which it does on bigger TVs) that's not quite the point! I find it funny how each time negative MS news surface, many people here will desperately ridicule them. |
So, Forza 5 running at 1080p 60fps just doesn't exist? Only the CoD, which uses an old as fuck engine matters while you turn a blind eye to the other games that run better? I never even mentioned the PS4.... FFS, why do people here need to turn everything into an online dick measuring contest?
P.S, IT'S ALSO A FAKE PICTURE!! JUST INCASE YOU MISSED THE PERSON I QUOTED, I'LL TYPE IT LIKE THIS FOR YOU....
It's humanly impossible to distinguish between fake and real Microsoft advertising.
But the fake one provides better entertainment value and laughing experience.
“It appeared that there had even been demonstrations to thank Big Brother for raising the chocolate ration to twenty grams a week. And only yesterday, he reflected, it had been announced that the ration was to be reduced to twenty grams a week. Was it possible that they could swallow that, after only twenty-four hours? Yes, they swallowed it.”
