720p is 1280×720 = 921600 pixels
1080p is 1920×1080 = 2073600 pixels
2073600 /921600 = 2.25
Therefore PS4 is achieving over double the performance of XBOX ONE in Call of Duty Ghosts.
These are hard factual numbers and cannot be disputed.
The PS4 is also 100$ less than the XBOX one. This is also a factual statement.
The PS4 value is clear to see here folks..
But it does not result in double the real world appearance unless you press your nose against the screen or play on a TV the size of a football field. Most consumers will not even notice the difference.
This must be the ESRAM. The theoretical difference was only supposed to be 50% more for the PS4, which would mean 1080p to the XB1's 900p.

Also, I don't know about you guys, but I buy consoles for games, not a few extra pixels that don't massively change said games.

But as I stated in my post it is not a few extra pixes- it is OVER DOUBLE THE NUMBER of PIXELS.

The wiiU has more confirmed games running at 1080p than both the xbox one and ps4 so really... I think we all know who the true powerhouse is...
