3ds and pokemon beasting as usual. next week is nintendo pacman.

Sonic has never been really big in japan according to Vgchartz data. The real test will be in the West. But even in the west I know that games like the Secret Rings only sold that well because they were priced below 20 dollars for years.

That 3D Pacman game is coming next week? I doubt it will help sales much, but if people keep seeing the wii U being supported they will put more trust into it. I am just relieved that Batman and Assassins Creed made it to the Wii U. Now lets just hope sales double what the last ones did. As I said in another thread, the original Wii U batman has been dropped to 20 dollars in a lot of places, and the first Assassin Creed game on the Wii U is 30 dollars in most places. Should be a small boost for them as well.

It is still amazing to see how well the PSP is doing. Sony is taking Vita games and sales away from itself and that is just crazy.

Vita is really starting to find its feet. Wouldn't be surprised to see it start consistently outselling 3DS once the VitaTV and God Eater hit.

Wii U

Just over 1000 copies sold. Actually one of the best selling Wii U games this week.

Poor Sonic. He really is dead in Japan.

Wii U better be above 10k next week.

Is this real life? Vita finally plateau-ing above 20k? Blimey. Pleased with that.

Danganronpa up on last week as well, which is weird but very pleasing. Maybe it'll show the great legs that the first game did.

On the other hand, shame that PSPVita multiplats like Jikkyo still sell better on PSP, but I think it did have a price advantage over the Vita version.

On the other hand, Wii-U... I know, it's because the bundles are coming next week, but every console has gone through a phase where something is coming next week (new colours; new model; big bundled release etc.) and they didn't reach 2.5k. Things really are desperate.

But hey, at least next week might be something more cheerful with hardware up and a new game in the chart. And there's some Vita software coming too, so I'll be cheerful as well!
