So PSN + Beats it on DR2:OtR, DMC and TWD PS3 edition since the first Episode is free for PSN + owners.

The Walking Dead is $2.99 and you're forgetting that the House of the Dead bundle which includes 3, 4 and Overkill is $7.50 on PS+.
Also, no need to pad your list with 1 cent worth of saving. Also, well worth nothing that some of the games are cross-buy which gives you 2 versions of the game for 2 different systems.
Sleeping Dogs - dunno if you can include that one since it was $1.00 (if you don't want to use the word free) for PS+ members. Same with Bioshock 2, Dead Space 2, Costume Quest and Resident Evil 5: Gold Edition.
Overall, the term "Steam sales" has lost its meaning.
