So the rumor is that Sony pulled the first 180 regarding DRM policy and that the first patch is supposed to disable all DRMs and allow playing of movies.
If the rumor turns out to be true - how would that make you feel ?

very true. as you said in the OP we need download and install the patch to be able to play games offline, its 100% true since yoshida hasnt confirmed that we can play offline before we download the day one patch.

Checked the rumor again and the patch won t shouldn t affect launching of games indeed.
