My take? I think it is all about time... Sony is working way more time on the OS than MS... I'm pretty sure will be 100% one day in 2014, 2015, etc.

Sony has their own challenges and have been very coy about handing out machines with working online. Journalists are highly skeptical if PSN will work on Day 1 on PS4 since it has yet to go live.

I know it's cool to throw MS into the furnace, but Sony has their fair share of issues as well. They are just not as transparent at the moment.

That said, the fucking complexity of running THREE OPERATING SYSTEMS, snapping, and silly concurrency of apps is causing a short term nightmare.
The negativity for PS4 has to do with journalists blindly being told to believe the OS will work 100% on launch, PSN will work optimally, and things will go smooth as butter without any machine before hand to test out. Still, MS has a huge headache ahead of them with all the crashes, bugs, and broken features.


Both sound like they are going to have there fair share of problems when they release. lets hope both can either be fixed day one or are minor issues so there wont be a lot of internet rage XD

Damn. It's like talking to a wall. Some people are so entrenched in what they are sure of, that they convince themselves they are 1 step ahead when they are actually 2 steps behind. I have appeared to rustle a few jimmies here enough for a ban to be called. So, don't ban me completely. I will come back on the 12th to face the music, right or wrong.

However, I will leave saying 2 things:
1. I find it odd that Sony is blackballing people from reviewing games on PS4. Adam Sessler, Kevin Dent, Marcus Breer. Those guys are saying that. Kevin Dent is also saying that there is 1 PS4 debug kit in all of North America available for games to be reviewed on and no retail hardware being reviewed on at all. And that event IGN was invited to? Forgot that date. Those same guys that I said are pissed because of a STAGED event. They have to go to this event to review a game instead of a PS4 retail kit being given away for free or a PS4 debug kit given away for free. That's the norm in the industry. Don't you think that's a suspicious tactic 2 weeks before launch? No games will be reviewed on PS4 retail hardware before launch. All debug kits.
2. How do you know what MisterX and the people who post there are saying??? You snooping? Why not talk? Why not bring a positive disagreement? They don't bite, for...the most part. Lol

1. Only Adam Sessler is affected for what Sony is doing... he works with video review... he said that it won't affect consumers but just the way he works.

I've posted there before, but guess what. he doesn’t let anything get on his blog he doesn’t like. Don't worry about retail units. Places like Ign have been playing PS4 games and review will be out before xbones. You're also pulling word for word off that blog. So good luck finding anyone toe believe you here.  Besides demo units are in most stores now. So there goes your theory.

Yeah. I read that tweet. But what about the other 2 guys who've said they think it's odd that they have to go to an event to review games instead of by their lonesome?

Well one of the guys will release the first PS4 review tomorrow... so I don't get what he meant for sure.

Or I didn't get what guy are you talking about? In any case the PS4 reviews will start to show after tomorrow... the issue is with video reviewer that seems like we won't see any.
