Hmmm, I believe that Japan will be the wiiU's worst territory in terms of sales, but I still think that it will achieve 32k on that week due to the heavy marketing and the release of wii party U.

Also, when will the next media create/famitsu numbers be released?

Depends on how well they advertise it. 11-17k if poorly advertised 20-25k if advertised well. Keep in mind that consoles aren't as popular as handhelds are in Japan.
