Well last time I looked people where discussing if Gerrard was the right choice for this ad over at NeoGaf, which of course the most important thing about this ad and needs to be seriously discussed. ;) Some people weren't happy with the choice, so you could attribute some of the downvotes to this, then there are of course the fans of different console manufacturers that could also be downvoting and of course there are trolls that just downvote for the heck of it.

Started off awful. Football... startrek wanted to puke all over the fucking floor when I saw this. But it got better, the end of the add is cool with the dead rising & ryse stuff. Awful music though, doubt this add would catch on.

I'm not sure how the contracts of other players with other companies look like so maybe they can't get someone like Rooney or Ronaldo as long as they are in a contract with whatever company they advertises for? Just a theory, no clue.
