I dont think so, ghosts will use dedicated servers on xbox one.
I know every version will have them but they are not true dedicated servers from what i understand.
xbox one version will use windows azure. The pre-orders are higher on xbox one and expect them to grow.

Did you know ps4 only supports a 2.4 wireless signal?

The xbox one supports a wireless adapter capable of 2.4 - 5.0ghz.

The ONLY next gen console to do so.
