FEAR had amazing AI but that was in 2005. AI has barely improved since then.
Halo games always have really good Ai. Challenging, actually work together, and really good at using cover.

Huh, when I'm playing The Last of Us I can be standing in front of them (not like right in their face) and they don't notice me.
To answer the OP question I'd have to go with Halo.

LMAO, never let the Marines drive. Good times with Halo 1 and 2......... man gaming when your a kid is so much more memorable for some reason.

Try turning the Marines to enemies :D
OP: Clearly Halo. Gears isn't bad either (only on higher difficulties though).
