Famitsu is pretty much a joke these days. Reviews are bogus, 38-40 scores almost always mean some money was handed around. 32-37 is usually a much better indicator of a really good game. Only time Famitsu is useful is when they get some exclusive news on an upcoming game. Even their weekly sales charts are questionable.

Pretty much the definition of something being a shadow of its former self.

Sometimes it's better to not buy a game on release date. But I guess people felt safe after Famitsu gave it a perfect score.

Yeah, this is so bullshit. How does making you wait to play a game or forcing you to pay real money otherwise so you don't have to wait a way so "people can enjoy the game longer", what were they thinking.
