So, I'm sitting here and this thought just struck me (while thinking about Sonic Lost World and its review scores); I wonder what we, the gamers, actually think about games.

I'm thinking about making this into a thread series, where I ask you, VGC, what you think of certain popular games - and I'm gonna start with one of my favorite franchises of all time:

The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker HD!

10 out of 10 - Wind Waker is my favourite game of all time - hd is superior in every way. Best wii u game closely followed by pikmin 3

Well, you better vote in the poll then ;) but that sounds great! I'm so gonna get this game when I get a Wii U!

I picked it up on release day. I'm blown away. This game is outstanding. I never played the original, and I'm shocked at how good it is. The 1080p visuals look flawless on my big screen. I love the highly animated characters. It truly feels like a Pixar film come to life... but maybe even better as the animation has the feel of a classic Disney cartoon. The pacing is great, the music is wonderful, the setting is awesome. Also, I love the dual analogue controls - a welcome and long overdue addition to the world of Nintendo. I like flipping the camera overhead and playing classic Zelda style at times. The game feels like a wonderful blend of ALttP and OoT. The gamepad touch controls for items and map viewing are a great addition. I can't stop playing. It's the most fun I've had with Zelda in a long time.

The only way the game could be improved is with (non-link) voice acting and some more modern visual work. I would like to see better facial animations for NPC's, I'd like the water to look like Pikmin 3. And for me personally, I would like a more mature/realistic look. But the game does look beautiful, it's just my personal taste for deep adventures like this one. 9/10.

Well, overall people seem to love this game :D except for one troll... I guess that's inevitable ^^

It's excellent. Much better than it was on the Gamecube.

I would actually love to hear what the people that's voting 7's and 6's think about it. So far all we've heard from is those who love it - what do the rest of you think?

Well, maybe, but we can't be sure - that's why I'd like them to speak up. I won't tolarate people calling them names for not giving it a 8, 9 or 10 - people are allowed to have different opinions. But if they WON'T speak their minds I'm inclined to agree with you =)

Maybe some people who hated Wind Waker for its slow pace, picked up WW HD and somehow missed the fast sail? IDK, I wouldn't understand what's going on in these people's minds.

I'd say 5 or lower most definitely is trolling, though.
