If this is true, where are they selling those boxes at? The US, Japan, and the main countries in Europe certainly aren't the cause for it to be up YoY. Are they really doing that well in other markets now?

More than they deserve really, the holiday bundles they've just announced are based on pure greed.
If they ship 1.9m this Q though that means they're up YOY for the entire year, somehow 0_o
