My excitement has been subsiding. The look of the game invokes Mario too much for me to be confortable. It looks very kiddy, lets be honest. Its not appealing to me. I'm missing the Sonic the hedgehog 06 graphics (not the gameplay). I look at the levels and i think... well this seems ok. It doesnt wow me like on Generations and 06.

With that said, doesnt mean i dislike it. It just means it doesnt appeal to me enough to buy it at launch. When it drops in price i will look into it.

But in all seriousness, that's not the reason. It really strikes me as a game that lacks an identity, and is trying to do too much. It just looks messy to me.

For all of the footage I've seen, there has never been a moment where I've said to myself "that looks like something I'd pay money to experience."

I did, preordered. Review embargo is annoying, but gotten it regardless.



I predict that the Wii U will sell a total of 18 million units in its lifetime. 

The NX will be a 900p machine

Not really hyped about it anymore.... the initial reveal was pretty awesome though.

I await the day they bring out a true Sonic Adventure sequel.

I think this game will bomb hard. But I still get it for my Wii U

So you cant play a game because it looks kiddy? think you have some growing up to do.
