oh great
Speaking of "non-gamers" when they see and play games like this they question $40+ actual games. Yes, these mobile games arent good as console counterparts but it devalues their appeal to these "casual" / "non-gamers". Speaking of this game, it kind looks cool.

It's killer, but works best with a first person perspective. I haven't seen a good implementation of this for a 3rd person kart racer.
Honestly, I can't believe how long it's taken for a worthy kart racer to appear on iOS. If anybody can do it, I expect Rovio can. Most hyped I've been for an Angry Birds game since the original.

Why everyone keeps saying "smartphone* smartphone*? This game is supposed to be played with tablet.
Does anyone remember this?

This is hardly going to kill Mario Kart. I think this game will barely keep Rovio relevant for another year or so.
Ehn......If it comes out on 3DS for 3 bucks, I'll get it. I doubt this would even dent Mario Kart's sales though. I've played Kart racers on phones and tablets and they're worlds away from Mario Kart 7 on 3DS. And anyone that was going to get the latest console iteration of Mario Kart wouldn't change his mind unless there's a better alternative on CONSOLES. If this comes out on XBLA & PSN, maybe it can dent MK8 sales a bit.

Looks like this end of year is going to be a mega blast for Rovio! The game is looking absolutely awesome and they seem to have gathered the right in-game crew to take Mario Kart off the charts. Telepods is surely what demark Angry Birds Go! further. Really cannot wait to grab it off the shelves!
http://kotaku.com/angry-birds-go-is-taking-a-seriously-wrong-turn-1473009224 The Mario-Kart killer, right?! Pretentiousness is practically a virus nowadays here, but unfortunately willingly wanted...
Seriously, though, there are plenty of f2p games that don't limit yourself to playability like this, and you'd think Rovio with their endless supply of single bills would allow the slight freedom with this game, but no. First Plants vs Zombies 2 (micro-transaction mismanagement), now this.
Well, back to Smite for me.
Rovio’s latest is indeed set to boot Mario Kart out of the league! The game is super cool in all its sense and the inclusion of telepods just makes it unique and will surely attract the curious ones out there. A brilliant deviation from the slingshot gameplay!
