They're barely any different.

I think you need glasses, sir.

I have glasses .

Anyway, the explanation is in the next sentence.

The explanation doesn't match your first point. You admit an obvious difference, contradicting yourself.

The polycounts are different. I can't remember who posted it, maybe CGI (it was about different polygon counts, not this particular game), but since the models are already quite high, the additional ones are difficult to discern. So higher polycounts are almost a fruitless way of analyzing differences. Lighting and other effects are much better metrics and visually easily to see (as you admit).

A couple extra polygons doesn't make me think the game somehow looks leagues above something else if I don't notice them. Which I don't. So in my experience everything basically looks the same, with the exception of the lighting. Which I mentioned. So they're 'barely' any different, there's only the lighting. I thought I explained my feelings about the looks of these versions of the game clear enough.

I really don't understand your post at all. Lighting is a huge aspect of graphics.

Can't really explain it better than in my original post... Would it have been better if I'd said something like; "There's only one difference" in my original post instead of "barely any difference"?

How much of it is YouTube's compression changing how it looks? Has anyone see the two in person side by side?

Really not sure I see any point of Consol over PC's since Kinect, Wii and other alternative ways to play have been abandoned.

Top 50 'most fun' game list coming soon!

Tell me a funny joke!

i wonder if we'll ever get WiiU footage...

On the second video, which console is running the game? 360 or ps3?

I would guess the ps3 since this is from tgs. The first is from the ps4.
