Everything that I can think of that annoyed me will carry on into next generation.

The only thing I can think of is  games not going below 30FPS anymore but thats something time will tell.

Everything else  (DLC, mainstream AAA games made for mainstreamers not gamers, etc....)

We need a new industry crash   its a bubble waiting to pop.

It already happen, I perdict 2015

Don’t follow the hype, follow the games

Aging graphics, mainly in Open World games....I hate pop ins!!

Unfortunately, everything I hated this gen will more than likely be front and center next gen.

Call of Duty clones, day one DLC, day one patches, unfinished games, lots of indies I don't care about, etc. Looks like everything I don't want is already available on launch.

The long load times and long game installs. I'm really happy that next gen systems have a lot more space making the standered console of PS4 and Xone 500 GB. Still hanging on to my 60 GB PS3 and that's just not enough space.

Also happy that each of the consoles PS4 and Xbox took features from each other like PS4 getting party chat and XOne getting Blu ray so people can stop complaining about it! Cant even count how many times my friends have complained that the PS3 doesn't have party chat ( which I can really care less about) or some other feature.

           Survivor Millennial vs Gen X!!

Sub 1080p games, oh wait...
Day 1 patches... nm
Mandatory installs... oh full installs for everything now.
No more long loading times then? (though how exactly will that work out with much larger games while HDDs are still the same speed)

poor draw distance, jaggies, sub 25 fps, low res textures, sub hd, and Nintendo consoles dominating HW sales
