Back when I got the game the day it came out everything was fine. No glitches; I cruised through the game on hard without any problems.
After that I decided to play the game on the Hardest difficulty. Again, everything was fine until I got to the hotel part. I noticed something was wrong because Ellie would stay in the middle of the room doing nothing and she wouldn't climb the ladder. Anyways I thought it wasn't a big deal since I could just reload the game but the same problem happened everytime.
Cut the story short, after trying everything else, I just decided to start a new game but this time the game wouldn't even load from the beginning of a new game. Being frustrated I stopped playing for a long while but now I felt like playing the game again. Popped in the disc and downloaded the latest update, but the game wont even load at the first loading screen. You'll see "The Last of US" logo in the corner but it disappears after a few seconds and the screen goes blank forever. I dont know what to do.
I tried uninstalling and installing again but that didn't work. Any ideas?
