To be honest, if the rumour about them denying overtime/resetting wages is true, then they deserve this. It's a pretty scummy thing to do.
But it's all rumours at this stage, so best not to point fingers until we get something more substantial.
And besides, we've still got Falcom/Gust/Compile Heart to back up the "you can survive on low margins" argument. Falcom in particular are excellent at squeezing good profits out of low-end sales targets.

I guess NIS is moving a lot of core people to Idea Factory?
