Forums - Nintendo Discussion - EA Says Miyamoto Is Falling Down On The Job

Uh ... . EA again. I couldn't care less really. Can't wait to see this 'new IP' he's supposedly working on (or will work on).

Playstation = The Beast from the East

Sony + Nintendo = WIN! PS3 + PSV + PS4 + Wii U + 3DS

Ah, yes. The usual touting of the company line.

EA has precisely what right to talk about a company that they refuse to do business with?

They have as much right as anyone else, even more so considering they are in the video game industry.

Is it because he is right that them saying this upsets you?

EA says young people don't learn how to develop games from Miyamoto anymore. Then tell me why 90 % of indy games are based on Miyamoto's concepts and games?

He said children used to learn about video games from the ones created by Miyamoto, but now they arent playing those games anymore they are playing Games on their iPhones and Androids more than they are on Nintendo products.  So what people are developing doesnt matter in this situation. Plus I don't think children are developing many games if any.

Yes, they said that, but they also mentioned how young people learned a lot from him when it comes to developing.

EA’s Chief Creative Officer, Richard Hilleman

EA has a creative office? mindblown here. why don't they use that creativity then? Anyway, EA has no right to say ANYONE is falling on the job.

their creative wanker wants to talk about falling down lulz

That's how I felt about Sim City.  I bought the game like every version before it.  Played it for a few hours and now I don't even have it installed anymore.

He may not be able to beat the iPhone but that's a poor way of discrediting him. And using Steve Jobs like that in your argument is disrespectful to say the least.

Lmfao, you couldn't make it up lol. EA obviously haven't played Pikmin 3. Unbelievable.
