Rockstar have shipped over 25 Million copies of GTAIV... As of "late 2012".

While its a drop from San Andreas, its still mighty impressive. GTAV is probably gonna push 30 Million come to think of it. Seece was right!

I'm expecting GTA V sales in Europe to be
GTA V (PS3): 4.2 million
GTA V (360) 2.65 million

That's a 1.55 million lead just in Europe

These are record sales and the game came out in a very hard moment when a lot of gamers must make a decision between GTA and newest FIFA which is damn popular here.


What I think is the biggest reason for holding down it's sales is not Fifa 14, but the lack of PC version, Poland is still for the big majority a PC centric country gaming-wise.

For sure the lack of a PC version was a hit here. Still, 100k in a week in a country where games are so expensive and we have probably around 1.1 mil consoles including all the pirated X360s? That's a great ratio. Myself I won't help the cause just yet, since I smell a PS4 port done together with the PC version in early 2014.

And I'm waiting for PS4 version too! Lack of PC version is a hit, but it makes more and more people buy consoles which are slowly stopping to be a luxury item.

GTA V in the USA will be bigger on the 360 but and XBOX 360 will outsold the PS3 version worldwide at first but the legs will be on PS3.

Well if you talk about shipped numbers then you should take the 25m shipped copies of GTA IV back in November 2012.
About 3m copies shipped between September 2011 and November 2012.
