MGS1 and GTA3 are FAR more revolutionary than MGS2 and GTA SA. And I'm not sure how Super Smash Bros is "revolutionary".

Also, we're talking about a 30+ years old industry. You can only revolutionize so much. It's only natural, and it's not a bad thing by any means. What we do have are games that take a estabilished formula and refine it so much, that it becomes the new "blueprint" for future games. Like Gears of War and Uncharted.

We are still yet to see GTA online....

Indies will bring fresh and new things to the table.

They werent revolutionary with WoW either. They just refined Everquest's formula.

Tbh with you, if WoW is anything to go by, i doubt Titan will be the game people are expecting it to be. If WoW released today it would be a massive failure. They need to develop an engine as flexible as the WoW one and they need to develop content to rival what they achieved in 10 years of WoW. They are finally gonna face the monster they created.

Besides, last we heard Titan was a first person MMORPG. That means it will be about as revolutionary as Destiny. Lets hope they scratched that idea. They need to make WoW2 asap for their own good.
