How do you feel about Capcom?

Yeah. There was no price I was going to try this game if it was a full price release. As a F2P game, I will at least give it a try. So if they can hook me with some good gameplay, then maybe they'll actually get some money from me. Good call.

But probably not, since it's Capcom, and they neither deserve nor seem to want my money most of the time.

Hmm, I'm ambiguous. On one hand I would rather like it to be AAA 60$ title, cause it usually means, the game is complete, has depth and shows quality. With F2P it's a hit and miss. Although unlike a lot of people in this thread I'm always open to trying F2P games, and played quite a few which were F2P and enjoyed without paying a dime (Star Wars TOR, Tekken Revolution, Planetside, LoL, World of Tanks to a extent) so I will now definitely give it a try, cause I really like how it looks and the concept behind it, but I have my doubts. Also Capcom doesn't resonate with F2P for me :-/ I expect a lot of paywalls unfortunately.

So it is happening...PS4 preorder.

Greatness Awaits!

Now i understand what will kill gaming industry. YOU. You damn stupid complaining gamers.

Is this the comback of the Deep Downgrade?

I am again interested about this game. Totally going to try this!

Not quite sure why this is considered a bad thing.

Because the objective of a game is to be fun.  They got your money already, and they have to make sure you're happy so you'll buy the next one.

With F2P the goal is to make you spend as much money as possible on the current game.  The goal is to create unncessary barriers that can be overcome with money.

Of course, some companies do F2P better than others, but I don't see Capcom being one of the good ones.

This,

Wanted the game badly now, its probably a no buy for me.

Lost all interest. I was sure I was gonna buy it, now - no way. I hate games with subscriptions or microtransactions. I want to know how much a game will cost me before I start playing, I don't support such models, so I won't play this one.

Wii U is a GCN 2 - I called it months before the release!

My Vita to-buy list: The Walking Dead, Persona 4 Golden, Need for Speed: Most Wanted, TearAway, Ys: Memories of Celceta, Muramasa: The Demon Blade, History: Legends of War, FIFA 13, Final Fantasy HD X, X-2, Worms Revolution Extreme, The Amazing Spiderman, Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate - too many no-gaemz :/

My consoles: PS2 Slim, PS3 Slim 320 GB, PSV 32 GB, Wii, DSi.

Well its impossible to buy so thats cool, you can still try tho.

i'm not really a fan of free2play games because at least those i played didn't feel right. sure, if i would invest 60 bucks maybe some stuff would be better and even better as in 60 dollar games but i don't want to risk 60 bucks to see if it is as good as if it would cost 60 from beginning where i know what to expect most of the time.

something like warframe as example just felt extremely boring to me but i still didn't try planetside 2 and that seems ok even for free.

but well, in some years it seems as if most games will be free2play so i have to live with it.
