Wii U nearly reaches 3DS levels in the US this week (Sept. 28th) :O
Gonna be interesting next week, when the retail version of Wind Waker came out in both Europe and US and the WiiU Bundle in Europe.

Sure it will have an impact of at least 20.000, may be more. The augmentation in sales will also be the result of Wind Waker bundle release. Let's appreciate this.

I will have a stab at 30,000. Xmas isnt too far away so sales will naturally rise plus with a decent bundle and price cut the next couple of weeks should be a lot better.

The increase in sales has been 37% in the US. Is this satisfactory or not?

Looking back at a few months in the US I can see the following (last week per month):

June 7244 units sold

July 7623 units sold

Aug 8647 units sold

Sept 20946 units sold (pre price drop)

Post price drop there has been a 37% increase in sales within one week.

There is definetely an upward trend in sales which started around end of July to mid August. The only explanation is that ot coincides with the release of more games. In fact if punters would helf off waiting for the price decrease there would not be a jump from Aug to September.
