The most important fact from this face-off is that once again GTA dips to unplayable framerates when the action gets heavy. Rockstar seems unable to deliver a polished game, even when they self-reportedly understand the consoles for the full 100%.

I'm going to buy GTA V and I'm going to enjoy it, but damnit if Rockstar aren't one of the most incompetent developers around.

What? Name 1 game with this scale? It is amazing it runs as well as it does on the old consoles. please.

I don't care, 20fps and below is unacceptable. Gameplay should always be the highest priority. That said, I'm sure GTA V will be a really enjoyable game most of the time.

If it happens all the time yes, just a few spots in a  game this long and big, then meh.

A bit of off-topic, but I knew which console had won by merely looking at the OP

I was looking at my friend playing the game and the attention to detail was amazing, but he said the driving was off compared to GTA4.

So basically, there's no difference? What a surprise!

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.

Apparently the reviewer didn't realize that you are NOT supposed to install both discs on the Xbox 360 version there is an 8GB install file or something like that and you only install a portion. This was verified by Rockstar Twitter account.

I am curious if that makes a difference, but we shall see

well the driving in GTA4 was the worst in just about any game, with its jelly cars. So your friends crazy or the driving is now unplayable

Maybe it's just a...coincidence? And we two are bad people for thinking they have some kind of bias? xD

They realize yesterday... the 360 tests are runing only with the first disc installed... DF said the best way to play GTA V on 360 is install the first disc on HDD and the second on PenDrive.

It's fuckin pathetic when fanboys nitpick over tiny frame rate issues! Both look amazingly identical, which is all that matters.....instead of arguing over which one has better graphics how about the free online for the ps3 version, which in my opinion makes it the best version out of the 2

Nailed it.
