About the RAM the diagram is pretty obvious... 4 x 64bits bus = 256bits bus... 256bits at 2133 MHz = 68GB/s.
The insider can't read it own diagram lol.

Last time I tried to point the bad tech info from this guy I got banned.
The title is already wrong in two places... DDR3 can't acts like DDR4 (so impossible that even the memory control is another one... to handle DDR3 and DDR4 Xbone needs two memory controls in the SoC)... second the DDR3 BW is 68GBb/s (256bits bus), they need a 1024bits bus to have 272GBs... a PCB with 12 layers can have ~512bits bus and it is a hell of expensive to manufacture (only super high end GPUs used that), for 1024bits I have no clue how many layers will need a PCB of the motherboard.
Not just that... for 1024bits buss MS will need at least 64x DDR3 memory modules in the Xbone.

Well about people more clueless than MisterXmedia, just the people that use him as font, and when they get called on it they sometime say "I don't reallyh believe in him, but you must be the head of R&D of MS to discredit him because you don't know it all, and I like to hear the discussion"... this people like to believe in so much fantasy that they should read sci-fi not technical specs.
