I have a feeling the ps3 will get a KH game. I don't know if it will be a main game or not but if it comes to the ps3 I think it will be distributed through psn. Thats what I think anyway.

No, I just hate it when fanboys start posting total nonsens. It says enough that Parokki and myself posted a detailed reaction on Damandan05's post, including why his statement of PS2 matches PS3 sales is wrong,  and did not recieve any reaction. 

I understand that you support a certain console and I don't care. If KH comes to PS3 I understand it. But once someone starts saying he loves the PS2 version but assumes the Wii version will automatically suck, simply because it's on Wii and STILL (after Zelda, RE, GH3 sales) insists that Wii is only for non-gamers and doesn't sell 3rd party etc. I think I'm in my right to post a reaction. 

I won't play it for Wii unless I can use the Gamecube controller. I've played Twilight Princess and Mario Galaxy to know that I don't prefer the waggle setup.

I hope it comes to PS3 (or 360 in the unlikely for that matter) because I know that's what Nomura has envisioned. If it's on Wii, it will lose the substance of what is originally intended for the game, and the developers will be more focused on trying to get the game to fit waggle controls than other elements.

Regardless of what format this game will be on, I will purchase this game. I have played Kingdom Hearts, Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories and Kingdom Hearts II. I'm looking forward to the DS and PSP versions (Birth by Sleep and 358/2 Days).

Kingdom Hearts 3 will most likely be announced sometime after Final Fantasy XIII and Final Fantasy versus XIII are launched.

Through it all, it makes more since to make it on the Wii, because I would like to try out the new control-scheme and it is possible for it to be on the Wii because it can produce PS2-like graphics and development cost for this game will be cheaper.

The Wii's success caught developers off guard, so I wouldn't be surprised if many were considering the PS3 to be the next big console. A few games moved over, like MH3, that I was hoping to see in HD glory.

Right now, KH3 going to Wii or PS3 is about as definite as MGS4 going to 360, which is becoming less and less likely with the EU / Japan sales of PS3 ( a whole different topic).

One possibility is to release a KH3 part for Wii and a KH3 part for PS3, much like the DS / PSP games coming out.

Then there is the core audience. FF XIII and FF V XIII will both be on PS3. Most that play KH also play FF as well, so they may want to keep them to one console.

Then there is the Yaoi fangirls as well, a core KH audience. Do they want Wii-mote or do they want Roxas / Sora in HD graphics?

I'm curious, does Sony have the rights over FF7 characters (Cloud, Yuffie, Cid, etc.)?

It does make sense, from a business standpoint.

I mean, by the time the game is ready for release, the Wii will be at just about 50% of the market. So, theoretically, a game released on just Wii would sell the same amount as a game released on the PS360.

And from a company standpoint, would you rather sell 5 mil copies of a AAA game that cost 20 mil to make or 5 mil copies of a game that cost you 40 - 50 mil to make?

No, lol just no. GCN/Xbox >>>>> PS2 in terms of graphics. The Wii is MUCH better with graphics than PS2. PS2 had crappy graphics whenever I saw games, except on RPGs where the developers did better to polish. The Wii DOES NOT have PS2 graphics; it's more like Xbox2.5 than that. Graphics on the Wii using a component cable on an HDTV when running progressive scan is CRAP. The cable comes with a built-in picture filter and the screen, IMO, looks better on 480i. PS2 was like an N64 whenever I saw character models.

Really? I have perfect graphics with 480p component cable (original Nintendo cable).

Not for me. Is it the red, blue and green cables? If you use Progressive Scan, the graphics are horrible. The component cable makes a pseudo form of HD when the Wii is on 480i. I tried it out last night when I was over at a friend's house and tried SMG. It was horrible. It looked like a PS2 trying to run on HDTV >_> It was that sad. It must've just been the Samsung HDTV my friend owns.

I have an HDTV in my basement with component cables hooked up, but it won't run in Progressive Scan for some reason (the screen goes nuts), but the graphics are clear on 480i, but rarely has any edges on the polygon models (characters).
