I really don't see what the issue is here. PS3 was more powerful than 360 but that didn't seem to bother M$ fans or hurt the 360s sales, in fact just the opposite. But now all of a sudden they have to nit-pick every little detail of each console to try to get their e-peens just a little bit bigger than the other guys'?

This guy is right, in every single thread that talk about Xbox One capabilities you and others are posting shit like that. The first 2 or 3 pages are just stupid comments like that instead of actually talking about the topic.

If we listen to you, the only allowed thread should be the ones talking about the PS4 and its superiority. Anything else is prohibited or does not deserve the right to be talked about in this forums. This has nothing to do with it being a positive X1 tread, its just people have already posted about this multiple times, just like when people posted about the Edge magazine thing about he PS4 being 50% more powerful over and over people had the same reaction...

Yes, Xbox does have a higher peak bandwidth. For 32MB...so really its the average operating bandwidth that is important. For PS4 that's 176 steady, for Xbox One that's....well for "super fun maths" let's take the fractions and JUST ADD THEM.

ESRAM = 0.4% at 204
DDR3 = 99.6% at 68

Average = 68.54 gb/s

Math is fun! Even if it isn't reality, people tend to over look things like that, reality. Still PS4 is better.



Before the PS3 everyone was nice to me :(

How desingenuous and dishonest can you be. Most of the threads about the XBox One are threads comparing it to the PS4.  It's totally normal that both "sides" will jump in and comment.

Make threads that are purely about the XBox One and only the XBox One, and then maybe you'll get to generalise if it still happens in every threads.

The insecure people here are those who will cling to any bits of rumors, stretches or so-called "analysis" that can potentially make their fetishist console appear better than an other. As if it was really that important in the first place. The rest of the world cares about the games and the experiences offered. Power isn't everything. And it has been proven times and times again throughout the videogame history.

Seriously now. These threads are getting old. We all know the difference in visuals will be negligable.

what i really want to see is much better physics, ai and more realistic movements. New types of genres as well as old genre refinement.

the visuals on both will be great. Regardless of what some think. They actually are designed quite differently.

I just hope these specs will actually be put to work in exclusive games that we can't wait for; it'd be nice to see some Uncharted-tier (graphically superior games to the opposing consoles) out of Microsoft.
