Forums - Gaming Discussion - What was the greatest leap in power for handhelds?

The greatest leap in power in consoles was SNES to N64 apparently (x100), but what about handhelds?

GB to GBA? GBA to PSP?

http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/profile/92109/nintendopie/ Nintendopie  Was obviously right and I was obviously wrong. I will forever be a lesser being than them. (6/16/13)

Around the Network

GBA to DS.

I'd say DS to Vita

GBA to PSP has gotta be the biggest generation gap.

Bold isn't correct, but on topic I'd say GBA to PSP.

GB/Game Gear to Sega Nomad. Nomad was arguably the most powerful handheld until PSP/DS despite being only 16 bit and GBa being 32.

iPhone 5 to iPhone 5S.

Official member of VGC's Nintendo family, approved by the one and only RolStoppable. I feel honored.

Just like with consoles, it was definitely the jump from 2D-focused systems to 3D-focused ones, whether you wanna say GBA to DS or GBA to PSP.

Could I trouble you for some maple syrup to go with the plate of roffles you just served up?

LOL a little part of me is going to die inside when the 5S sells millions. It'll die even more if I hear people saying they "upgraded" from the 5 to the 5S.
