Thoughts?

I have not played many, many games on the list, but despite that I do think Goldeneye is a more important achievement in gaming than Halo (which I love, mind you). It would be second or third on my list. I agree with Half-Life though. Also, on a personal choice, I'd have the first Turok over the second.

Lack of resistance 3 and presense of black ops and crysis 2 makes me want to vomit

Metroid Prime on number 12...yeah....no !

Perfect Dark at #55 is a disgrace.

Deus Ex and Metroid Prime aren't shooters, although they are masterworks.

Half-Life is a solid choice for #1, although I think its sequel is superior.

My own top 5:

2) Half-Life 2
1) Halo: Combat Evolved

Nonsense list is nonsense.

I really liked the original Half-Life but someties I feel it's overrated as hell...

People do realize why these lists exist right?

They are put together so people who care about the subject at hand check them out, refreshing the page each time they load a new entry, and refresh the ads on the page. You made IGN a cool 50 cents if you go through 100-1.

Then these people disagree with the list and come to sites like this to post, rant and debate, generating ad revenue for VGchartz.

Overall its a massive waste of your time as no relevant information is exchanged and you've made money for someone else checking out and debating something completely meaningless.

This is one of the worst lists I've ever seen. In fact, most of it is entirely outrageous. I'd very much love to hear them explain for example, how Halo 3, BF3, and Deus Ex Human Revolution are worse than Bulletstorm. Or how Crysis 3 is better than Counter Strike. I could go on all day.
