Well its a double edged sword, because the OP presented the option. He should've just fixed the poll to take it out. That shouldn't have been been an option.

I am definitely getting this on Wii U, but probably not at launch. I still need to beat AC, and there are so many other AAA titles coming out.

If its supposed to be a decent game (its not developed by the same studio that made the other 2 is it? therefore I am weary) I will probably get it for ps3 as my copies of asylum and city are both for ps3 and Im peculiar like that...
But if the wii u version is somehow hailed as the superior version I may be persuaded...
The 3ds game is also on my radar but Im worried its gonna be a big castlevania lots-esque letdown...Im sounding negative about both games but I have a bad feeling about em.

I thought Arkham Asylum was amazing, and when I played City, the best part about the game was the beginning when you played as Bruce Wayne and close to the very end climbing the top of Wonder Tower.  That platforming portion of the game when you're climbing up the Ace Chemicals plant and then as soon as you got the batsuit, that's where the major issue of the game began. The grappling hook allowed you to grapple literally everything making Arkham City feel like you were doing nothing more than graplping everywhere.

Sure the platforming sections on Arkham Asylum may have been automated, but they were atleast there.  Jump across parts, climb up, shimmy around.  Jump to an indented area or shimmy around, etc.  When you were locked in rooms that thugs were in and you needed to take them out stealthily while you could grapple to the gargoyles, you couldn't grapple to everything else.

Still a good game but not as good as the original in my opinion.

Same here.  It's really tough to lean towards the Wii U version knowing that I could be building up my score playing the exact same game on another console.  I may end up doing what I always do and buy the game twice.  Once at launch and then later when it's dirt cheap.
