No, I don´t want a WiiU

My grammar errors are justified by the fact that I am a brazilian living in Brazil. I am also very stupid.

its 300 with a game, idk why they just cant sell a version without a game for 250$

I thought that was pretty much obvious, it isn't even a price drop it's just the deluxe model now the same price as the basic, how exactly is this making people think "Oh it's going to sell out in droves now"?

0_o it baffles me.

The bigger news with this was that there will be no Ambassador program, which is a shot in the heart to early adopters who really got nothing for their system.

I agree. While it will help a bit, it won't be enough to turn things around. Maybe the games during the holidays can, but I'm more inclined to believe MK coupled with another $50 slash will be more effective.

$50 cut and MK bundled more like, imo.

I think with the Wind waker bundle in America and Lego City bundle in Europe, it will see a decent impact in sales. Now decent games are starting to release i think Wii U will put up some good numbers on black friday and through christmas.

All the Wii U needs is games. It could be $400 and sell amazingly with a number of great games on it. It only has a few right now that are exclusive to it that are stunning. The fact that it's gonna be $300 is insane. That controller alone is breathtaking to me! Seriously I don't understand how gamers can tolerate playing things with the same boring controller over and over again. What I love about Nintendo is every 6 years they put out a new console with something drastically different from previous consoles.

N64 - 3d gaming
Gamecube - Originally designed to have 3d crystal, but too expensive. Wireless controller.
Wii- Motion Controls
DS-Touchscreen
3ds-3d pop out
Wii u - Wireless game streaming to controller. No annoying interfaces of states/health/etc are need on the screen because they can be on the controler.

The other companies only introduce things secondhand and later in their development process. How can people seriously not get bored of playing video games that have the same basic overdone story, same basic style of play, using slightly modified controllers each generation? I regret ever buying a 360 as all it was to me was a better graphic version of the gamecube. It couldn't do anything fancy other than better graphics and good internet abilities.

I wonder when Sony and Microsoft will stop focusing on graphics and start focusing on introducing new gameplay styles. Probably when the graphic gap between them and Nintendo's cheaper console is so minute that you can barely tell the difference (a day that is getting closure and closer; have you seen "X" for the Wii U? It's beautiful!).

I would love to have one I just can't afford any console right now (sob).

I'm with you on that brother, up until the ps2 id played with a different controller every generation, i started getting bored with gaming with the PS2, until i played Gamecube, i was blown away by the cheer fun i was having, multi-player mario kart, smash bros and super monkey ball :() amazing times. Now i get to play a Gamecube classic in Windwaker which i missed out on.

Oh my I can't even remember how much time I spent on Melee and Double dash. Local multiplayer is ALWAYs and I mean ALWAYS better than online multiplayer in my mind. That's where the memories are at and the shenanigans.
